The long wait is almost over.
HBO gave fans a first look of the highly-anticipated season nine of Curb Your Enthusiasm by releasing the official trailer.
The gang is back with many series regulars returning like Larry David, Jeff Garlin, Susie Essman and J.B. Smoove. The new footage also shows some new guest stars like Bryan Cranston, with whom many will remember worked with David on the hit-sitcom, Seinfeld.
Who can forget Cranston as Dr. Tim Whatley?
It appears Bryan Cranston will be playing Larry’s therapist, having one of most agreeable lines in the trailer, “I enjoy the mind of Larry David.” Given Cranston’s wide-range of acting abilities from Breaking Bad to Malcolm in the Middle, we expect him to be a scene-stealing favorite.
However, the best dialogue of the trailer might come from Larry’s disgust to a couple kissing in public. They tell him, “what we’re not allowed to be happy?” Larry’s response? “You’re allowed to be happy, just not in front of me.”
